Please be assured that we take extra care to ensure that all our customers receive their items on time, and we will do our best to ensure that your order reaches your address promptly. Please understand that while we take every effort to minimize delays, factors beyond our control (i.e., Natural calamities, Peak Seasons, Covid restrictions, Delay from Shipping Partner’s side) may affect delivery times. Here are some frequently asked questions on shipping and payment that you might find helpful.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 -2 Working Days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 Days to let you.
It will take 3-7 Working For Delivery | Delivery Depends on You Pincode.
Also you will be getting Tracking updates from the Courier Company on Your Mobile number & Email.

Orders can be picked up between 3PM to 5PM (Mon- Sat). An email whatsapp will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with Exact Pick Up Point.
PLEASE NOTE – Customer has to pay Rs 100 in advance,after that we will proceed with the pick up.

What is the payment method accepted?
We at Blue Aura Store we accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe, Net Banking (All payments are safe and secured by encryption, and your card details will not be stored). All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupees). Please note that your bank may convert your purchase currency if you do not live in India.
Cash On Delivery – All Cash On Delivery orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched within 2 working days. No orders will be shipped until it is confirmed on the call.
What are the Shipping Charges?
We have Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash On Delivery(COD) : ₹68 COD Charges.
Free Shipping is not applicable on Cash On Delivery(COD).
International Shipping : Currently we are not shipping Outside india.
How much time does it take for delivery?
It depends on where you are. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after placing the order. Delivery details and tracking link will be provided on your email & registered mobile number. The order will be shipped within the stipulated timelines; however, the delivery depends on our courier partners and can take anywhere between 4 – 8 business days. How to cancel the order?
If the order or item(s) you want to cancel is not shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at support@theblueaurastore.com or Whatsapp us on +91 8447684748. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you after we get the order back at our warehouse within 4-8 business days after we duly process the cancellation request.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
